Each week, we’ll visit a new stop on the map, with classes themed around the energy of that destination. From Monaco to Santorini, Paris to London, you’ll discover new ways to move, strengthen, and feel good in your body.
You won’t need to overhaul your schedule, either.
Just 1–3 classes a week, and you’re in.
Think of it as a holiday for your body and mind - without the jet lag. Simple, supportive, feel-good movement to keep you grounded, energised, and ticking through the silly season!

WEEK 1-2
Monaco/Nice
Where it all starts.Think of these first two weeks as your warm-up lap. We’ll get you squatting, planking, lunging, and rolling your spine in ways that feel really good. Supportive, satisfying, and just enough challenge to get things moving.
WEEK 3
Santorini
Sunshine in movement form. You’ll move through flows that give your body the stretch it’s been begging for, while still working the muscles that matter. Walk out feeling looser, taller, and a whole lot more ready for what’s next.
WEEK 4-5
Athens & Rome
Time to step it up. We’re building strength now with a focus on control, load, and longer holds. You’ll walk out taller, stronger and more confident in what your body can do.
WEEK 6
Paris
A little slower… a little softer. But still strong! Paris brings grace, poise, and precision into play. The vibe? Restorative and powerful. Movement that builds from the inside out.
WEEK 7
London
Cue the energy! This is your strength remix - dynamic movement, playful cardio bursts, and optional jumping for those who want to dial it up ( or don’t - you do you!)
WEEK 8
Bali
A feel-good fusion of everything we’ve covered. One big, joyful wrap-up with movement that feels like a holiday. Strong, stretchy, and totally your pace.
