The Strength Series is eight weeks of making sure that actually happens, built right into the classes you're already coming to.

It's an 8-week reformer pilates program running July 27 to September 19, with strength training built into every class - so the sessions you already love get stronger, and so do you. Join 1, 2, or 3 classes a week, whichever works best for you.

A program that builds as you do

Weeks 1-2

These first two weeks are yours to settle in - finding the weights that feel right for your body and getting a feel for how the classes flow. By the end of week two you'll know exactly where you're starting from.

Baseline

Weeks 3-4

Volume

We increase the load and start working toward fatigue, which is where your body actually gets stronger. Most people surprise themselves a little here.

Weeks 5-6

Strength

The classes get more demanding, with more work and less rest built in - and you'll find yourself moving through things that felt hard a few weeks ago.

Power

Weeks 7-8

We increase the load one more time and bring in some power. Your body has more in it than it did in July, and these last two weeks are where you get to feel that.

FAQs

  • Keep booking your classes as usual and grab your progress tracker at the studio from July 20. If you'd like to come more often during the 8 weeks, just email us at hello@movepilatesstudio.com.au and we'll sort that out.

  • Every class has options built in and you'll be guided at your own level the whole way through. The gradual progression of the Strength Series actually makes it a great entry point - you build from where you are, not where you think you should be.

  • Once, twice, or three times a week - completely up to you. More classes means more progress (and more prize draw entries!), but there's no minimum to be part of the program. The most important thing is that you keep coming back.

  • Life happens! You can absolutely make up your missed class the following week, and you’ll still be in the running for the weekly prize draws.

    To stay eligible for the $500 Grand Prize, though, you’ll need a progress tick each week (that’s one class per week). Think of it as your reason to keep showing up - steady, consistent, and feeling good all the way to the finish line.

  • We offer flexible pricing based on project type and complexity. After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.

  • Reformer pilates is one of the best ways to keep moving through or recover from an injury -it's actually why a lot of our members found us in the first place. Our instructors are experienced with modifications and happy to work with you. Just send us an email before you start and we'll make sure everything is set up right.

  • We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Cancel more than 12 hours before your class and you can rebook for another time using the Momence app. Cancellations within 12 hours are charged as attended.
